About me
I will be in France for three months to teach English, study French, and do some volunteer work from roughly October 2026-January 2027. I would love to take care of your home (and your furry friends, if any) over the holidays. Anywhere in France or Spain would be my first choice, but I'm open to visiting any other country I can get to! I am 55, female, non-smoker, and lifelong animal-lover---I have references! We have four cats, including two rescue cats my Mom had adopted, then she passed away two years ago. Her only request: Take care of my animals. I grew up in a home that took in rescue animals, so I can handle just about anything. I know the importance of dispensing medication exactly as prescribed, and I'm happy to contact you as often as you wish, including with photos and videos to let you know your furbabies are doing well. I'm also happy to keep your home tidy and take care of any light maintenance. My only requirement is that I would need to be able to pick up basic necessities, either on foot or public transit, since I will not have a car (I am licensed to drive in the States). I'd be happy to DM and maybe chat by Zoom to get to know each other. I speak English (native), Spanish (B1), and French (un petit peu).
